Tai Ji ( A personal favorite) Yang style tai ji movements
Qi Gong ( A personal Favorite, You'll love therapeutic movement!) : provides the practitioner with an understanding of the principles of the gentle therapeutic exercises of qi gong and a variety of techniques and applications to encourage the smooth flow of qi through the body. Doing qi gong enhances health and healing.
Eastern Nutrition (I love to eat! I especially love to eat what nourishes and sustains the body with vitality.): presents Oriental and macrobiotic nutritional systems, along with methods of utilizing both Eastern and Western style diets. Medicinal recipes utilize Chinese herbs in food therapy.
Meditation: The emotions are said to be the primal force behind energy transformation. Each individual has a separate reaction to specific emotional changes, based on his or her dominant
elemental pattern. Five internal organ emotions associate with the energy of the Five Elements:
1. Anger - Liver - Wood
2. Joy - Heart - Fire
3. Worry - Spleen - Earth
4. Grief and Sorrow - Lungs - Metal
5. Fear - Kidneys - Water
In this way, the energies of the Five Elements shape all aspects of a human being: physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual. In order to reprogram these patterns, we'll use guided meditations that employ vivid imagination, colorful visualizations, and positive affirmations.
